Today I was up exactly 1 lb. No biggie right? It is for me. I’m been racking my brain trying to figure out where I strayed. Could it have been the piece of cake I had to celebrate an office comrades birthday? Could it have been the late dinner I had of home-made Stromboli? A combination of the two? Possibly. I shouldn’t weigh myself everyday. Had I lost today, I would not have weighed myself until Saturday but now I HAVE to weigh tomorrow. Yes. It’s an anal retentive; I know that. But, I can’t help it.
Will also post tomorrow with the results. Hopefully, the 1 lb gain was just an aberration. Hopefully…
