Hello everyone. My last post was on the 14th of January.
Thanks to all the well-wishers. I’ve been trying to be careful with what I eat. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas I gained weigh of course but here’s what I’ve done since my last post — in a day by day blow:
1/15/09 GAINED 2.4 lbs from the 14th up to 353.8
1/16/08 LOSS of a whopping .2 tenths brought me to 353.6
1/17/08 GAINED Went up to an even, steven 355.0 (JESUS!) WTF?
1/18/09 LOSS of 2.4 lbs down to 352.6
1/20/09 LOSS of 6.2 lbs down to 346.4
I’ve read where I shouldn’t be weighing myself everyday, and I’ve read where you should weigh yourself everyday. But I feel it’s important; I like to see the end results whether they were good or bad.
I’m still way off my mark. My lowest was around 325, but my average was around 337 to 340. I had been stuck there for sometime before the holidays. I hope to get down to that, and BEYOND. My goal is 200 by 12/31/09.
